This is Krisztofer & Dávid. We’ve been travelling together for about 11 years – exploring the world as tourists, travellers and wannabe locals. We’re from Hungary and have been lucky enough to explore almost every corner of Europe, as well as a few places beyond it. We’re endlessly curious about different cultures, natural wonders, cities, stories and all the ways people experience the world. After years of collecting travel stories, photos and experiences mostly for ourselves, we decided it was time to share them. And what better way to start than with our biggest adventure yet: a trip around the world.
More about us
Europe is our home, and the continent where we’ve spent most of our travels. Over the years, we’ve explored much of it, with only a handful of countries and the microstates still waiting for us. We’ve also developed a particular fascination with Europe’s islands. The Azores, the Faroe Islands and Iceland remain among our all-time favourites, alongside places like the Canary Islands, Corsica, Sardinia and Ireland. Beyond Europe, we’ve travelled across the southwestern United States, visited New York City and Boston, and ventured as far south as South Africa. Further east, Georgia and Israel and Palestine have taken us to the crossroads of Europe, Asia and Africa. And the best part? There are still so many places waiting to be discovered.

It was a slow process. Between everyday life, work, holidays and everything in between, it took years of planning, discussing and reshaping our ideas to turn a shared dream into a real plan. Now, in September 2026, we’re finally setting off on what we truly believe will be a once-in-a-lifetime adventure: travelling around the Earth. We’ve deliberately saved many faraway places for this journey, rather than squeezing them into short holidays. We’re not looking for luxury or extreme budget travel – we simply want to experience as much of the world as possible, travelling overland whenever we can and making the journey itself part of the adventure.
